Pankaj Kapoor gets ‘Icons of Indian Cinema’ award Actor-director Pankaj Kapur is honoured with ‘Icons of Indian Cinema’ Award at the closing ceremony of the ninth edition of Jagran Film Festival in Mumbai.
He is a three-time National Award winner.
Pankaj Kapoor’s most acclaimed films were Raakh (1989), Ek Doctor Ki Maut (1991) Vishal Bhardwaj’s adaptation of Macbeth, Maqbool (2003), all three films for which he received National Film Awards.

According to the statement, the Delhi airport is now the seventh busiest airports in Asia and among the top 20 busiest airports across the world.

Bibek Debroy is also the Member of NITI Aayog.
Apart from Bibek Debroy two other corporate leaders were also conferred Honoris Causa.
‘Sarala Puraskar’ for poet Satrughna Pandav Noted Odia poet Satrughna Pandav will be honoured with the prestigious ‘Sarala Puraskar’ for his poetry collection ‘Misra Dhrupad’.
The ‘Sarala Puraskar’, instituted by eminent Odia industrialist late Dr Bansidhar Panda and late Ila Panda in 1979 and awarded by the Indian Metals Public Charitable Trust(IMPaCT) will be presented to Pandav.
