The Concept of Fundamental Rights, Powers and Organisation of the Court and post of Vice-president etc. have been adopted from the Constitution of USA to the Constitution of India. Besides, Parliamentary system has been taken from Britain, Concept of Republic from France and the Fundamental Duties from Soviet Russia have been adopted.
