Water lily is an aquatic plant with stomata on the upper surface of the plant. 

Some aquatic plants such as lotus, water lily float on the surface of the water and have stomata on their upper surface of the leaves. Stomata on the upper surface helps in exchange of gases between the plant and the atmosphere.
